Lina Bo Bardi Special Golden Lion For Lifetime Achievement
Lina Bo Bardi, the Italian architect, designer, scenographer, artist and critic naturalised as a Brazilian citizen, is the recipient of the Special Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement in memoriam of the 17th International Architecture Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia.

“Italia in attesa”, 2020 through the gaze of 12 photographers
Palazzo Barberini in Rome presents the photographic exhibition “Italia in-attesa”. The exhibition brings together photographic essays by 12 different artists, individually scrutinising the suspended reality brought about by the pandemic and how this has led to a reconditioning of both physical and inner space.

A monumental site-specific intervention titled “The Wound” will re-envision the appearance of the Renaissance architecture, reflecting on the condition of art spaces during the pandemic.
